Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BrandingHub, we strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellation of Services

Clients can cancel services by providing written notice at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the service. If cancellation is made after this period, a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to review. In the case of partial service delivery or non-delivery of services, BrandingHub will offer a refund for the portion of the service that was not provided. No refund will be issued if services are completed as agreed, and the client is dissatisfied with the outcome unless the dissatisfaction is due to a breach of contract.

For international payments, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that currency exchange rates and transaction fees may affect the refunded amount.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as initial consultation fees, administrative fees, or services that have already been commenced and partially completed are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the approval date. International refund processing may take longer depending on the payment method and the currency exchange process.

5. International Payments

For international payments, clients must bear any additional transaction fees, such as international wire transfer fees or currency conversion fees, which are not refundable by BrandingHub.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services or the outcome of your refund request, you can contact our support team. We will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If a resolution is not reached, you may submit your dispute to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of India or any other relevant arbitration body. The decision of the arbitration body will be final and binding.
